About rocapad

Is rocapad part of Orca?
No. The name plays on Orca’s (“orca” with its first two letters swapped, then “pad”), but rocapad is an independent project, not affiliated with Orca. Every coin trades in an ordinary Orca pool.
Which network is this?
Mainnet. Trades spend real SOL. See Getting started.
Does rocapad have its own program?
No. Launches, trades and fee collection use Orca’s, Metaplex’s and Solana’s own programs; the fee split and payouts are done by rocapad’s keeper. Nothing has had an outside audit yet. See Safety and risks.

Trading

What does a trade cost?
The pool’s 2% fee on mainnet, on every coin and every trade, from the first second: no sniper tax, no launch fee. See Fees.
When does a coin move to Orca?
It never moves: it launches in its Orca pool. It graduates when 85 SOL sits in its position (on a SOL pair), and stays in the same pool. See Graduation.
Why can't I sell?
A coin can’t be sold below its launch price: there the position holds no SOL to pay you. See How the pool works.
Can I buy a stock-paired coin with SOL?
Not yet: you need the stock in your wallet, and you buy the coin with it. See Pairs.
A coin I saw is gone from the site.
It may have been hidden after a report. It still exists on chain; the site just doesn’t list it. See Moderation.

Creators

Can anyone launch a coin?
Not yet: during early access launching is invite-only. The launch page opens for invited wallets and says so to everyone else; trading is open to all. A coin launched another way from a wallet that wasn’t invited isn’t listed here and earns no payouts.
Can the creator pull the liquidity?
No. The whole supply and every SOL paid in sit in one Orca position, locked for good from the launch. Nobody can withdraw it, not the creator, not rocapad. See Graduation.
How much does a creator earn?
0.74% of every trade, in the default fee mode, paid to the creator wallet by the keeper; there is nothing to claim. See Creator dashboard.
Can I change my coin's name, pair or fee mode later?
No. Name, symbol, picture, pair, fee mode and creator wallet are fixed at launch.
